Initiatives

Encourage business growth, engage directly with disenfranchised voters, and protect the integrity of the election ballot.

Open for Business

Encourage entrepreneurship by waiving business startup administrative fees for young people ages 30 and under and for veterans. Promote job creation by working with the securities industry to streamline regulations while safeguarding consumers.

Community Engagement

Work directly with leaders in Black, Hispanic, and Portuguese communities to increase voter registration and turnout. Create a Local Control Division to provide towns and cities with legal and administrative support to help them understand and respond to the impact of new legislation.

Ballot Protection

Establish cure periods that give petition sponsors and candidates an opportunity to correct issues that could prevent them from qualifying for the ballot. Create a fraud and forgery reporting system to help identify forged signatures and signatures obtained under false pretenses. Advocate for expanding the Secretary of State’s enforcement responsibilities to ensure that laws approved by voters through ballot measures, both past and future, are implemented and upheld.
